Stanley visits Swan River, Manitoba
Although Stanley had a very slow journey to the Swan River Valley, upon his arrival there was no shortage of excitement. Each student invited Stanley to come and spend a few nights at home with them. From visiting a museum to snowmobiling, we hope Stanley enjoyed his stay and the hospitality of us “Friendly Manitobans”. Please check out our voice thread of Stanley’s Manitoba adventure. Thank you to Fay, and Mrs.Watson’s Grade 2/3 class for allowing us to participate in this wonderful project!

Dear 2B Top Dogs,
We loved the pictures and watching your Voice Thread. It looks like Stanley had a lot of fun!
Thank you for teaching us about Swan River. We thought the big swan statue was really cool. We have a big anchor down by our harbor.
Fay can’t believe all the things Stanley got to see and all the fun he had. We wish that we had snow like you do!
Your new playground looks AWESOME! We have never seen a slide like that before. Is it hard to stay on and not fall off?
We are going to try and leave some comments on the Voice Thread soon.
